First class pyranometer for global solar radiation, 305 to 2800 nm, with WRR traceable calibration.
Overview
The first class pyranometer measures global solar radiation for solar resource studies and meteorological networks. It covers a spectral range of 305 to 2800 nm, with temperature dependence below 0.1% and WRR traceable calibration, and is first class compliant to WMO standards.
It can be used with a Lakshmi Engineering Works digital solar radiation recorder, a self-contained unit with solar panel, SLA battery and V-Log data logger in an IP65 enclosure, upgradeable to GSM or GPRS telemetry. Net radiation, pyrgeometer and pyrheliometer sensors can be added to the same recorder.
Key features
How it works
The levelled sensor receives solar radiation from the whole sky.
The sensor gives a signal that follows the radiation received.
The recorder stores the readings for download.
